What if I receive a damaged product?
We apologize if your order arrives damaged. Please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product itself. Contact our customer support immediately, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or a refund. Your satisfaction matters to us.
What if I receive the wrong product?
While we strive for accuracy, errors can occur. If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll promptly send you the correct product or offer a refund. Trust us—we’re committed to making it right!
My order was returned to you. Now what?
If your package is returned to us by the carrier due to damage, we will reship it at no additional cost to you. If your shipped package returns back to us due to an incorrect shipping address or other issues regarding your delivery location, then you have two options:
OPTION 1: Accept a refund, minus the original shipping cost.
OPTION 2: Pay the shipping cost again to reship the package to a corrected address.
